Brand Development
Responsive Website
The British Arts Festivals Association (BAFA) was founded in 1969 and is the national development agency for arts festivals, representing some 70 members across the UK.
BAFA sought to revitalise its brand identity and digital presence to better reflect its vibrant, diverse, and forward-thinking membership. The existing brand and website had become outdated and no longer captured the dynamic energy of the UK’s arts festivals landscape.
We achieved this by creating a bright, bold and engaging brand and website that brings BAFA’s mission to life. The new visual identity uses dynamic colours and confident typography to reflect the energy and diversity of the arts festivals community. The website was restructured for clarity and accessibility, with intuitive navigation, mobile optimisation, and flexible CMS functionality in WordPress to support ongoing updates by the BAFA team.
The refreshed brand and website successfully reposition BAFA as a modern, vibrant, and essential voice in the UK’s cultural landscape and a hub of information for potentially new members.
