They identified a need for a modular loft solution, so for properties when the roof is too low or you want to extend upwards and outwards, this is the ideal solution.
Recently, we are CODA have been working with Modugroup and Moduloft on brand development by producing many items of printed literature, exhibition graphics, vehicle livery, signage and html emails as well as also helping to increase their online presence by managing their web sites, social media, google adword campaigns and search engine optimisation. One of the key marketing activities was to profile impressive recent loft conversion installation case studies throughout all channels but most importantly on the Moduloft website, banner stands and social media.
A particularly impressive installation included this London loft conversion that totally transformed this central London flat. The flat format was very dark and not very spacious but was in a great location in central London. The owners were keen to open up the flat and increase the space through the addition of a new floor, which would provide more height so they could achieve a city living penthouse flat that truly embraced the London skyline.

This is an exciting time for CODA as our brand development on Moduloft has seen a marked increase in enquiries and ultimately orders and that has led on to us working on creative marketing activities with the other businesses in the Modugroup including Moduroom, Moduroof and Trussloft. The next projects will include website builds for Moduroom and Trussloft as well as other brand development for these companies.
